Announcing the College and University Feed Directory
Coming to Petersons.com: A one-of-a-kind, searchable directory dedicated to promoting college and university syndicated feeds.
Content syndication is becoming a key part of an online strategy, and directories are a great way to promote your feeds and discover new ones. Peterson’s College and University Feed Directory will feature news and events feeds as well as podcast and video feeds originating from college and university websites.
College and Unviersity Webmasters and Marketers: Feel like your feeds are getting lost on your website or in one of those huge Intenet directories? Finally, you have a place to promote your feeds alongside hundreds of universities already publishing RSS and Atom feeds from their websites. Promote your college or university to the expanding community of individuals who depend on syndicated feeds for timely information. By visiting the directory, you can stay informed about how other colleges and universities are using syndication. You can submit your feeds to the directory for free, and access to the directory is free to everyone.
How to submit your feeds today: Create a comment below. Inlcude the URL of your feed and a brief description of its contents. Your feed will automatically be included in the directory when it launches in the fall of 2005. If you provide your email address, we will notify you when the directory launches.
