Forrester: Consumer Use of Blogs, RSS, and Social Networks Rising Sharply

Forrester Research is reporting this in a forum taking place today:

…the number of North American consumers tuning out traditional media and advertising continues to rise, and this is creating new opportunities to gain better consumer insight at a lower cost.
