Master's Degree Requirements 3 letters of recommendation, NP and CNS applicant letters must attest to clinical competency; BS in Nursing; Undergraduate GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; Current NYS Professional Registered Nurse license; 1 year of clinical nursing experience is required prior to specialization courses, NP and CNS applicants minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience

Doctoral Degree Requirements Master's degree; undergraduate GPA 3.5 .0 scale and graduate GPA of 3.5; currently registered to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist; 3 letters of reference; interview with the Associate Dean and Director of the program; Possess basic computer skills related to application software and information processing
Additional Entrance Requirements Master's degree in nursing from a professionally accredited program; Graduate GPA 3.0; Current NYS license registration certificate; Current CV; One year recent clinical experience; 3 references; interview; statement from NP agreeing that he/she will serve as a clinical preceptor; Evidence of the successful completion of a basic physical assessment
