Doctoral Degree Requirements Interview, resume, essay; license to practice physical therapy (preferred) or eligibility for licensure and 3 letters of recommendation (PhD); 3 letters of recommendation on department form (DPT); minimum GPA of 3.0, CPR and AED certificates, 80 observation hours
Additional Entrance Requirements License to practice physical therapy, minimum 3.0 GPA in last 60 hours undergraduate study and 3.0 GPA for all prior graduate work, resume, letter of intent
